Warrensburg, Missouri Attorneys with Decades of Experience
At the law offices of Rahm, Rahm & McVay, P.C., our team is dedicated to helping people make sound decisions and recover just compensation for injuries, tragic losses and unfair treatment. This has been the mission of our practice for over 35 years.
We have literally recovered millions of dollars for individual clients who were very seriously injured and have achieved several record-establishing verdicts for our clients. Our most recent record-establishing verdicts obtained in 2008, included a medical negligence claim, a wrongful discharge employment claim under the Missouri Human Rights Act, and a motor vehicle collision claim involving serious permanent injuries. Our experience includes assisting clients in personal injury and employment claims in both state and federal court, although the majority of our cases are filed in state court because of procedural advantages to our clients under state law.
The legal work in the office is performed by Kirk Rahm and Gayle McVay. Brenda Rahm retired from the practice of law in 2008 and is pursuing hobbies. Kirk began practicing law in 1972 at the age of 23. Gayle began working with Kirk in 1982 as a paralegal before going to law school. She graduated law school in 1991 and has been practicing with Kirk since graduation. Their combined experience is, therefore, over 50 years.
Kirk Rahm has been recognized in recent years as one of Missouri's "SuperLawyers" by the Missouri and Kansas SuperLawyers and Rising Stars Magazine. We have handled hundreds of cases over the years across a broad range of legal practice areas, including personal injury, legal malpractice claims, medical malpractice and wrongful discharge employment cases. This experience is invaluable in our efforts to maximize settlements and achieve favorable results as efficiently as possible. Kirk and Gayle work as a team. Gayle's primary responsibilities involve investigation, legal research, pleadings, discovery and case development. Kirk's primary responsibilities involve final trial preparation and trial presentation.
Darik Metge is a paralegal who works with Gayle and Kirk during case development and who assists at trial in presentation of audio/visual evidence.
