Contingent Fee Basis
Most of our representation is on a contingent fee basis, which means that you will only pay an attorneys' fee if we obtain a recovery for you. Our contingent attorneys' fee percentage depends upon the type of case.

When we represent clients who live at a significant distance from our office, we sometimes schedule conferences at the clients' residences, and schedule depositions and mediations at locations near the clients' residences or a convenient location near where the case is pending.
