Our Experience
Our primary area of practice is in civil law, including personal injury, wrongful death claims and representation of wrongfully terminated employees involving illegal discrimination. We also represent individuals in other types of civil litigation, such as civil rights claims, police abuse claims, medical malpractice, will contests, insurance coverage claims, and legal malpractice claims.

Contingent Fee Basis
Most of our representation is on a contingent fee basis, which means that you will only pay an attorneys' fee if we obtain a recovery for you. Our contingent attorneys' fee percentage depends upon the type of case.
To better represent our clients we sometimes associate with other attorneys with special expertise or resources in specific areas of law and when we do so, there is no additional attorneys' fee to our clients.
Geographical Areas of Practice
Although our law office is located in Warrensburg, Missouri, we represent clients throughout Missouri, including cities such as Kansas City, St. Louis, Springfield, Sedalia, Ava, Butler, Clinton, Ozark, Kirksville, Macon, Lexington, Marshall, Warsaw, Jefferson City, Carrollton, Trenton, Liberty, and Harrisonville. When we represent clients who live a significant distance from our office, we schedule conferences at the clients' residences, and schedule depositions and mediations at locations near the clients' residences or a convenient location near where the case is pending.
Office Hours
We frequently work on Saturdays and can meet you by appointment on weekends or evenings.
Without an appointment, our staff is in the office Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
